Pulsepath provides an AI-powered customer intelligence platform that enables businesses to deploy conversational Insight Agents. These agents engage customers in natural dialogue to gather feedback, surface insights, and generate actionable reports.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pulsepath and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. By submitting data, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze it as necessary to provide the Service.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated insights are provided for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulsepath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
